TLV Entertainment ("we", "us") operates nightlife events and DJ entertainment in South Florida. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including for our SMS program.

Information we collect. Contact details you provide (mobile number, name, email); SMS program data (your consent with date, time and source; messages you send us such as keywords or STOP/HELP; delivery status of messages we send); event and ticket information you share with us.

How we use it. To send the event updates, ticket releases, guest-list information and offers you opted in to receive; to respond to your messages and provide support; to honor opt-out requests and comply with carrier and legal requirements.

SMS program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. We keep a record of your opt-in and opt-out to comply with the law.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the SMS program (our messaging platform and telecom carrier), and when required by law.

Retention & security. We keep your information while you are subscribed and as long as needed to comply with legal obligations, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from texts at any time by replying STOP. To access, correct or delete your information, contact us.
